Biography

Ian is a seasoned executive coach and leadership consultant with a 20-year track record of successful collaborations with leading companies and Federal Government departments.

With two decades of experience, Ian has deep expertise as a coach, consultant, and facilitator, working closely with leaders, executives, and managers to foster their development.

Ian has extensively worked on leadership development through one-on-one, small team, and organisation-wide interventions. His approach involves designing and delivering evidence-based interventions that effectively translate goals and objectives into tangible and demonstrable results.

Ian has had a diverse range of clients including leading companies like IAG, Suncorp, CGU, TRUenergy, RMIT, Monash University, GDF Suez, City West Water and Barwon Water. His portfolio also includes government departments such as the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, the Department of Finance, the ABS, AusAID, Sydney Trains and the Department of Resources, Energy and Tourism.

Ian holds a Masters of Science (Coaching Psychology) from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Engineering from Monash University. He also has Diplomas in Psychology and Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management from Monash University and Victoria University respectively. Further, he is an accredited practitioner of Life Styles Inventory (LSI) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
