Biography

Ian has 20 years’ experience as an executive coach and leadership consultant working with both leading companies and Federal Government departments.

A deeply experienced coach, consultant and facilitator, his expertise includes the development of leaders, executives and managers through one-on-one, small team and organisation-wide interventions. He designs and delivers evidence-based interventions ensuring that goals and objectives are translated into tangible and demonstrable results.

Ian has a Masters of Science (Coaching Psychology) from University of Sydney, a Diploma in Psychology from Monash University, a Diploma in Industrial Relations/Human Resource Management from Victoria University, a Bachelor of Engineering from Monash University and is accredited practitioner of Life Styles Inventory (LSI) and Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, as well as being a member of the International Coaching Federation.

His clients have included: IAG, Suncorp, CGU, TRUenergy, RMIT, Monash University, GDF Suez, City West Water and Barwon Water. Government clients have included the Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry, the Department of Finance, the ABS, AusAID, Sydney Trains and the Department of Resources, Energy and Tourism.
