Vivian is a C-suite executive who has advised Main Boards and Executive Teams on the importance and impact of aligning business strategy and culture to achieve a step change in business outcomes.
With over 30 years’ experience in HR, change and transformation roles, she has a particular passion for removing complexity in organisations, developing leaders and transforming culture by diagnosing and deeply understanding underlying root causes and assumptions that drive organization and individual behaviour and mindsets.
Vivian has sponsored and led culture transformation programmes and initiatives in multiple organisations from building the case for change, designing interventions and developing culture champions to ensure long term sustainable change and improved confidence in business outcomes.
She is passionate and experienced in coaching and advising leaders in how to develop an authentic leadership style that unlocks their potential and increases their capability and confidence to create the environment and culture needed to deliver results and inspire followership.
Vivian has worked extensively in listed, private, PE backed and regulated businesses in the UK and globally through diverse business cycles including start-ups, turnarounds, growth and maturity. Her experience stretches across multiple sectors including telecommunications, technology, infrastructure, (re)insurance, healthcare and professional services. She is based in London and has lived and worked in both Australia and the UK.
She holds a Master’s in Human Resource Leadership from Rutgers University and a Certificate in Company Direction from the Institute of Directors.
