Renato Santos is a Senior Consultant and Coach with focus on inspiring and supporting organisations and people to design futures driven by purpose and new behaviors to create new business and leadership models , more diverse and inclusive. He is also co-founder of Namoa Program, supporting refugees in São Paulo.
He also worked as a Director in large companies (PWC and IBM), being responsible for building client relationships with C-suite of multinational companies (such as Vale, BAT, LATAM, etc). He led regional and global programs that get results—blending diverse stakeholders into teams and also strategic clients, go to market strategies, sales processes, complex contract negotiations, business segments (i.e. Financial and Cost Management Services, Smarter Cities Solutions) and large teams (from 30 to 200 consultants) .
He brings over twenty-five years’ experience in managing complex programs —from information technology to cultural change. Renato is an economist, with post-graduate training in sustainability, coaching and planning and Positive Psycology at PUC RS.
