Renato is an Organisation & Human Development Consultant. 30 years’ experience in consulting services. As a Director/ Partner at PWC and IBM he led large accounts (Vale, Ambev, Nestle’, etc), global and local programs in more than 30 large corporations, blending diverse stakeholders into teams, engaging C levels, providing a trusted partnership process that gets people excited and committed.

During the last 6 years, as an entrepreneur, he is leading projects for Organisational Change, Leadership Development, Cultural Change, and Future Design. He facilitated presential and virtual workshops for small and large groups (from 6 to more than 400 people). He is coach associated to the International Coaching Federation and member of the ICF Market Committee in Brazil and coached more than 40 leaders (including many board directors).

To take a trivial example, which of us ever undertakes laborious physical exercise, except to obtain some advantage from it?
