Biography

Patricia has over 20 years’ experience working with organisational development, branding & change management programs as an executive in a multinational company and a branding agency. As a consultant she delivered several projects involving branding, culture management and leadership development for a wide range of organisations such as Gerdau, CPFL, VLI, Sicredi, Raízen, Claro, Andritz, among others.

Throughout her career as an HR executive at Gerdau, she has been responsible for global projects involving multifunctional and multicultural teams from Latin America, North America and Europe. Patricia also gained deep knowledge in leading change management to drive performance in different strategic projects and consistent track record in developing, implementing and managing HR processes such as talent management, learning and development, organisational culture, employee engagement, and internal communications.

She joined Walking the Talk with a desire to share her experience and personal fulfilment leading Cultural Transformation Projects.

Patricia has a bachelor's degree in Communication with a specialisation in Advertisement and post-graduation in Marketing. She is certified in Executive Coaching by Academy of Executive Coaching - AoEC Brazil and in Change Management by the Prosci Institute of Change Management / USA.
