Pablo has a broad range of industry and retail experience with special expertise in communications and media, consumer goods and services, mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, culture change, and general management.
Pablo developed his career in Brazil, with more than twenty years of professional experience, including roles as Marketing Vice-president for Walmart and Customer Development Manager for PepsiCo.
In 2008 Pablo commenced his work in consultancy, exclusively as a coach and consultant to global and local clients, assisting more than 300 top executives in the process of coaching and accumulating over 2,000 hours of training and development.
As a trainer and facilitator with Walking The Talk, Pablo works with senior executives and teams in changing organisational culture, mergers and acquisitions, strategy & planning, leadership development, coaching & mentoring, and career management & professional purpose.
Both a Spanish and Italian citizen, Pablo holds a masters degree in business administration from BSP/University of Toronto and a degree in business administration from the University of Rio de Janeiro Estate (UERJ). He also holds a graduate degree in Psychodrama from Brazilian Association of Psychidrama and Sociodrama (ABPS). He obtained International Certification in Integrated Coaching (ICI – Senior Level). He has knowledge of key methodologies as Culture Management (Walking The Talk methodology) and LSI assessment. He is fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish.
