Biography

Mark is an experienced consultant, facilitator, and executive coach specialising in culture change, leadership development, and top-team journeys. His transformative approach has consistently won acclaim from clients for prompting significant changes in individuals, teams, and organisations.

Mark brings over 25 years of experience in organisational and leadership development. His extensive experience includes heading the organisational Development at Procter & Gamble South Africa, co-founding a boutique global leadership/change consultancy in London, and serving as a senior associate of Walking the Talk for the past 4 years.

His culture change experience spans a range of global-100 clients, incorporating experiential and transformative work integral to strategic and culture change. Mark's work has focused on a variety of areas, from diversity initiatives to cross-sectoral innovation processes to tackle challenging societal issues.

Mark's leadership development skills have been honed through his work with numerous energy sector companies. He has spent a decade running global leadership, organisation, and culture projects for Shell, and previously facilitated a leadership program in BP.

Throughout his career, Mark has resided in South Africa, the UK, and now in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, working with clients worldwide. His industry expertise encompasses energy, mining, pharma, banking, consumer goods, and professional services.
