Biography
Maria is a client focused problem-solving enthusiast, a strategic thinker with a creative mind and hands-on attitude. Maria has over 20 years of cross-functional and multicultural collaboration experience across businesses, with both external clients as well as part of the corporate headquarters.
She believes on what the power of belonging brings to the culture of a company and works tirelessly to bring people together and find solutions to increase company performance
Maria has coached teams in many settings, from manufacturing plants to financial institutions, running training sessions for small and large groups, for junior and senior people, and she has done it in both, English and Spanish.
She has worked in many industries, from aerospace, to automotive, to aluminum, to retail, to financial and professional services and has worked in over 35 countries, including 8 in Latin America.
Maria studied in Spain and in the US, earning an Economics and Business as well as a Master’s degree in Quality and Manufacturing Management. She also is certified as Senior Human Resources Professional and has participated in many professional development programs internally.
