Biography

Lisa is a results-oriented leader known for her relationship-focused approach and a notable career spanning 30 years. She has led the successful delivery of a wide range of complex change and transformation initiatives across multiple sectors and geographies.

With an impressive track record, Lisa has three decades' of experience in culture change, leadership and team development, and employee engagement.  She has worked as both an in-house department head and an external principal consultant.

Lisa has in-depth culture transformation and behaviour change expertise. Her profound understanding of the field has made her a preferred choice for organisations, senior leaders, and their teams seeking to create and sustain positive change.

Lisa has a deep understanding of leadership development, employee engagement and diversity and inclusion.  She has worked with clients across the world to develop and engage their people and drive culture change.  

Lisa has worked with leaders and teams across the world.  She boasts a wide industry experience including pharma, telecoms, technology, retail and travel.

Lisa is a qualified and experienced ICF-accredited Coach, C-suite Facilitator, and Conflict Resolution Mediator.  She holds a BA (Hons) degree in Communications Studies and a post-graduate Diploma in Marketing.  In 2022 she achieved an ‘Exceptional’ grade for “Inclusive Leadership through Behavioural Science” with the London School of Economics and Political Science.
