Lisa is a relationship-focused, results-orientated leader with a 25-year track record in pharma, telecoms, technology and travel. She has led the successful delivery of a wide range of complex change and transformation initiatives both as an in-house department head and external senior consultant.
With in-depth culture transformation, leadership development and employee engagement experience Lisa is often brought in to help organisations, senior leaders and their teams create and sustain positive change. A qualified and experienced Board-level coach, mediator and facilitator she holds a post-graduate Diploma in Marketing and a BA (Hons) degree in Communications Studies.
