Kim has held positions in human resources management, business development and consulting, and has extensive multinational and multicultural experience, particularly in the areas of facilitation, coaching and training. Her areas of speciality include leadership, communication, conversations and customer service.
For over 23 years, Kim has designed and facilitated workshops for a range of companies in a variety of industries across the Asia Pacific region including airline, engineering, finance, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, publishing, professional services, retail and transportation. As a facilitator and coach, Kim’s style is relaxed and direct, engaging and results-oriented.
Originally from the USA, Kim has made her home in Sydney, Australia, where she lives with her family.
