Biography

Kim is a seasoned professional facilitator who is devoted to facilitating the achievement of results through personal and organisational development and behavioural change.

With over 25 years of experience in the field, Kim has held prominent roles in human resources management, business development, and consulting, and has accumulated substantial multinational and multicultural experience.

Kim has significant experience in facilitating, coaching, and training, particularly in fostering change in the areas of leadership, communication, conversations, and customer service. She has designed and facilitated workshops for a variety of companies, engaging them in the process of transformative culture change.

Specialising in leadership development, Kim has assisted leaders in various industries to enhance their communication and customer service skills, driving more effective and impactful leadership.

Originally from the USA, Kim now resides in Sydney, Australia, and has worked across the Asia Pacific region. She has worked with companies in various industries including airline, engineering, finance, healthcare, hospitality, insurance, manufacturing, publishing, professional services, retail, and transportation.

Kim has a BS in Communication from the University of Texas, Austin and Graduate Diploma of Positive Psychology holds a variety of accreditations and certifications such as: The Leadership Circle Profile and TLC System, Human Synergistics  leadership and cultural assessments, Leadership and Culture transformation tools with Barretts Values Centre, MBTI and Systemic Constellations. Kim is an PCC ICF accredited coach.
