Justin is an experienced global leader with over 25 years experience working for a number of FTSE 100 companies. His key areas of expertise are in senior leading coaching, designing and delivering leadership development programmes ( for which he was awarded the CIPD aware for Leadership development) , leading large scale culture change transformation programmes and creating leadership and core competency frameworks.
Justin has worked in a number of sectors including airlines, telecommunications, insurance, marketing consultancies and oil and gas so his sector experience is extremely varied. He recently left Bupa where he was Group Head of Talent and Learning.
Justin is an accredited coach and also a licensed practitioner of both Myers Briggs and Insights Discovery which he has used a lot in the design of leadership programmes and helping senior teams to get to know each other better and focus on becoming high performing teams.
He lives on a farm with his family in Oxfordshire and has recently re-discovered a passion for bread-making.
