Jenny is an experienced facilitator, consultant and women’s leadership coach who has been supporting organisations, teams and individuals for more than 20 years. She initially trained as an employment lawyer, practising for a decade at a global law firm and in-house at a national retailer. The insights gained from looking at workplaces through the risk lens prompted Jenny to pivot her career to investigate and tackle the root causes of employee disengagement and consequent employee relations issues. She has since become a passionate advocate for transforming workplace cultures, systems, processes and behaviours to generate greater levels of diversity, inclusion, belonging and wellbeing, so that everyone can bring their whole selves to work and thrive.
Jenny’s warm and flexible style enables her to connect and quickly build trust at all levels, from senior executive and leadership teams to junior staff. She uses skilful questioning, deep listening, intuitive judgement and constructive challenge to get buy in, and shift mindsets and behaviours.
She has spent the last decade partnering with organisations in a range of sectors including financial services, law, media and tech. She has worked with leaders across UK, Europe, Asia Pacific, India, US and Canada.
Jenny holds an LLB (Hons) in English and French Law, is a certified women’s leadership coach, NLP practitioner and accredited in a number of psychological tools. She is also a certified yoga and meditation instructor.
