His expertise lies in developing and engaging leaders in dynamic and fast-changing environments, in cross-cultural and complex company structures, and he helps them to achieve their goals in alignment with their business strategy.
Henri regularly trains and coaches retail executives and store directors in the luxury industry, and he consults luxury groups in developing talent strategies and processes.
