Genilda has cultural transformation and business management as a passion. She has over 20 years’ experience working with organisation development and cultural alignment. She delivered several projects involving people and leadership development in clients from different sizes and segments such as Banco Itaú, Votorantim, Vivo, C&A and Multiplus, including her experience as board member.
After her corporate experience, Genilda decided to migrate to the consultancy business, where she has been helping individuals and organisations fulfil their most critical needs, including large projects in cultural transformation, leadership development and change management. Throughout these years, Genilda specialised in helping organisations in the development of their culture, clarifying strategic drivers and future business needs.
Genilda has a Bachelor degree in Business Administration with specialisation in Marketing and a Masters degree in Business Management. She is certified in Executive Coaching by Erikson College in Canada, in Cultural Transformation Tools by Barrett Values Centre and in Leadership for Innovation by University of California at Berkeley/USA.
