Biography

Danielle is highly experienced Associate Director with 20 years' experience of delivering change in large, complex, global companies both in-house and as an external adviser.

Danielle's two-decade-long career is characterised by a unique combination of robust organization development knowledge and experience, coupled with strong credentials in strategic communication. She has held roles of Chief People Officer, Organisational Development Director, Director of Communications and Marketing Director in several large multi-nationals.

Danielle is passionate about collaborating with leaders to have people in their organisation thinking and behaving in a way that supports the organisation's purpose, accelerates strategy delivery and brings the company's values to life.

She has worked extensively on leadership development through one-on-one, team, large scale events and global leadership development initiatives.  Danielle is an experienced program designer, facilitator and advisor working at the executive level with client companies.  

Danielle's international career has seen her work across Asia Pacific, the Americas and Europe. Her extensive experience covers multiple sectors, including pharmaceuticals and healthcare, energy and mining, manufacturing, retail, insurance and finance, professional services, telecommunications and technology.

Danielle has a BA (English and History) from the University of Queensland, Australia.
