Catia has sound experience as an executive in Brazil and Europe where she led multicultural teams in significantly sized national and multinational companies in internal Auditing, Marketing and Business development projects. She has studied and lived in Europe and is fluent in English, French, Italian and Spanish besides her native language Portuguese. She has developed an acute view of cultural differences and the ability to use them as a leverage for individual and organisational development.
Her background as a leader helps her to approach with ease the complexity of national and global organisations mainly in times of change. She has now more than 11 years of experience as a consultant, accredited executive coach and facilitator for various industries and cultures. Her work includes individual, group and team interventions face-to-face and virtually, coaching and facilitating in Brazil, Latin America, U.S.A. and Europe.
Catia has a strong ability to build strong relationships with her clients, most of them senior executives and members of the board. She also likes to work with all leadership levels, what gives her a more complete picture of the organisation. She holds a BBA and a Post-degree in Career Consulting. She is accredited in a wide variety of diagnostic tools and 360 instruments and certified in international leadership development tools for coaching and facilitation.
