Caroline has over 15 years’ experience working with leadership development & change management programs for a wide range of organisations including FOBs (family owned businesses), listed companies & public sector.

She is passionate about helping top teams make decisions that enhance business performance and exemplary behaviours. Specialising in cultural change, she is experienced and certified in the use of leading approaches and tools that enable organisations align their strategy and their people to make sustainable and impactful shifts.

With a background working at a senior level in a global consulting firm and as organizational development consultant for the United Nations, she is capable of working with all levels within the organization and also with people from different cultures. She has worked with organizations in Latin America, the US, the Middle East and Eastern Europe.

Caroline has two Bachelor degrees (Law & Business Administration) and a Masters degree in Organizational Behaviour. She is certified in Executive Coaching by Columbia University in New York, in Cultural Transformation Tools by Barrett Values Centre, in Change Management by MIT/Sloan and in Meditation by the Chopra Center in California.
