Biography

Carine is a seasoned expert in Leadership, Team, and Organisational Development, with over 20 years experience.

Throughout her career, Carine has accumulated profound expertise in the fields of HR Management and HR Consulting, leading a vast number of successful projects across the MENA region. 

Her drive is her unwavering dedication to enact substantial change, which she passionately integrates into both her professional and personal pursuits.

Over the past years, Carine has led a vast number of projects for global clients in leadership development and culture change.  

Her experience spans across the EMEA region with a range of industries, including Banking, Manufacturing, Aviation, Education, Marcom, Mining, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Telecom, Engineering & Design, Technology, Pharmaceutical, and NGOs.  

Carine holds a BSc in Business Management from the Lebanese American University and boasts multiple certifications and accreditations. She is a Certified Professional in Human Resources from the U.S. Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), a Certified Corporate Director from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). She is also an Organisational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC), and is accredited in a wide variety of diagnostic tools and 360 instruments.
