Biography

Carine is a seasoned expert in Leadership, Team and Organisational Development. With 18+ years of experience, she has led various projects across the whole of the MENA region in diverse views of HR consulting, leadership development, learning and organisational change, within various industries including Banking, Manufacturing, Aviation, Education, Marcom, Automotive, Oil & Gas, Telecom, Hospitality Management, Engineering & Design, Pharmaceutical, NGOs, and other. Multilingual, she works in English, Arabic and French.

Throughout her career, Carine held positions in HR Management and diverse HR Consulting positions in which she developed value-based client relationships. Dynamic and curious about industry trends and best practices, Carine holds a big determination to stimulate tangible change, and she relentlessly applies that in her work and life. She finds zest in connecting with people and passion in discovering new depths and colours when Scuba diving.

Carine is certified as a Professional in Human Resources from the U.S. Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), Certified Corporate Director from the International Finance Corporation (IFC), a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), Organisational and Relationship Systems Coach (ORSC) and a member of the International Coach Federation. She holds a BSc in Business Management from the Lebanese American University, and is accredited in a wide variety of diagnostic tools and 360 instruments.
