Caio Brisolla has 14-year experiences as Senior Consultant and Project Manager for midsized and large companies of several sectors – financial, services, industrial and agribusiness. He is a specialist in corporate culture, organisational structure, HR policies, variable pay, development of leaders and change management.
Global Partner, Trainer and Consultant certified by Barrett Values Centre (BVC) to use methods and tools as part of corporate culture diagnosis and management projects. Technical Reviewer of Portuguese version of Richard’s books published in Brazil: The Values Driven Organization: Unleashing Human Potential for Performance and Profit (2013) and Evolutionary Coaching (2014).
Solid 18-year experience as HR & Administration Executive with career developed in national and multinational companies: Multiplic/Lloyds Bank, Givaudan, Telemig (VIVO), Capgemini and Multigrain/Mitsui. Active participation in management boards and executive committees in Brazil and Europe. Additional executive experiences holding responsibility for Finance, IT, Legal and Supply Chain areas. Leadership of IPO process. Relevant experience in M&A and due diligence processes.
