Bjoern is one of Germany’s top practitioners in cultural change and a senior consultant at Walking the Talk. He spent the first 15 years of his career as a manager in Sales and Marketing at Robert Bosch where he worked in various change initiatives from the inside.
During his last 9 years as a consultant he led 25 cultural change journeys, coached 30 General Managers/CEOs, 25 leadership teams and 150 leaders. He facilitated workshops with over 3,000 participants. Bjoern has worked in 20 countries.
Besides his diploma in Business Administration Bjoern holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics from the University of Pennsylvania, USA. This always makes him appreciate and regard the hard and soft side of business.
