Biography

Barbara is the Chief Operating Officer at Walking the Talk, where she utilises her deep business acumen and leadership experience honed over a distinguished career.

Throughout her tenure as a consultant and a certified executive/life coach, Barbara has garnered profound insights into business dynamics and leadership intricacies. As a C-suite leader with over 15 years of international experience, she has headed global teams in the consulting sector, overseeing finance, marketing, operations, human resources, and IT. Barbara has been instrumental in ensuring the company's infrastructure aligns with a threefold growth and spearheaded a merger, seamlessly integrating with a new parent company.

As a seasoned Coach, she has been pivotal in helping clients tap into their utmost potential, facilitating their evolution as leaders who infuse authenticity into their leadership approach. Through her guidance, clients not only cultivate a profound self-awareness of their leadership identity but also deepen their understanding of inherent strengths and skills. The fruits of her coaching span enhancing effectiveness, honing emotional intelligence, adeptly managing organisational intricacies, and amplifying executive presence.

Born in the Netherlands, Barbara is multilingual with fluency in English, Dutch, and French. Her professional pursuits have taken her to various countries such as Greece, France, and the Bahamas, enriching her with a global perspective. In 2005, she made Miami, Florida, her home base.

Barbara acquired her coach training and certification from The Co-Active Training Institute. Additionally, she is certified in Conscious Business Coaching, a unique methodology developed by Fred Kofman, author of 'Conscious Business' and 'The Meaning Revolution'.
