Arantxa Espinal | Culture change

Arantxa facilitates and enable changes in people, in teams and in organisations; working with them in finding new ways of doing, being and acting. She started as an HR consultancy in the former Arthur Andersen, in Human Capital – Business Consulting and, nowadays, works as a freelance for both international and national organizations such as Ford Motor Company, Enel, PPD, FCC, movistar, Sodexo, Almirall, Daikin…among others.

Arantxa has designed and delivered actions to develop interpersonal skills, leadership training, initiatives to raise awareness of change and its requirements, to improve customer and employee experience and engagement, talent management and coaching. In addition, she enables organisations to produce sustainable culture shifts that lead to desired business results, through easy-to-use tools and coaching.

As a coach, Arantxa assists and supports people and teams to be aware of the abilities, competencies and resources they have to take action to achieve their goals. She provokes action by unlocking potential.

She is mother of three international kids, who will be actors of tomorrow’s world and for whom she is also trying to make it a better place to live in. Arantxa delivers workshops to change school environments and organizational spaces towards more collaborative, participative and integrative ones. She love sports and nature, travelling and discovering new cultures, and learning.

Arantxa holds certifications in Motivational Maps, MBTIStep I, Walking the Talk methodology (make culture do-able), Roles of Belbin. She is also a Lego® Serious Play ® certified trainer and a Scrum Master. She has a BSc in Law and a BSc in Economics.
