Biography
Gabi is a Senior Consultant and Coach with focus on transformation strategies for companies and individuals, ensuring greater engagement, motivation and productivity.
With more than 17 years of experience, she has worked in different multinationals, both in Brazil and Portugal, in the areas of strategy, marketing and HR.
Gabi has worked as a leader within a consumer goods organisation (Unilever) and as a consultant at Kaiser Associates, Hay Group, Korn Ferry, Mercer and Integration, and now, Walking The Talk.
With vast experience in leadership development, change management, cultural transformation, performance management, internal communication and employer branding and experience, Gabi has helped dozens of companies in Brazil, Latin America, Portugal and Spain.
She has a broad range of industry experience, including retail, consumer goods, energy, financial services, education, telecommunications, health care and manufacturing.
Gabi majored in Business Administration, holds a Masters in Integral Coaching from Integral Coaching Canada and a PHD in Psychology, in addition to several specialisation courses related to culture and people development. As an enthusiastic learner, she is already planning what to do next!
