Andres is the Qualitative Assessment Manager at Walking the Talk.
In this role, he oversees our proprietary assessments of organisational culture and trains Walking the Talk consultants in conducting said assessments and data analyses.
His multidisciplinary background spans the domains of business consulting, personnel management, mixed-methods social science research, and, most recently, psychosocial maturity and wellbeing. He has worked for and/or consulted with various organizations including the Royal Society of Arts, Goldman Sachs, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, among others.
Andres studied international business at the University of Maryland and constructive-developmental psychology at Harvard University. His master’s thesis employed both quantitative and qualitative research methods to explore the relationship between maturity and wellbeing in adulthood. He leverages these and other psychological insights to inform his organisational culture and development work at Walking the Talk.
