Product Manager

Biography

Andres is a Product Manager at Walking the Talk. He supports our clients across our range of offerings and specialises in conducting deep assessments of organisational culture and supporting leadership teams to interpret and leverage the results. He also oversees and continuously improves our qualitative focus group assessment methodology and trains Walking the Talk facilitators and analysts in using them to greatest effect.

His multidisciplinary background spans the domains of business consulting, personnel management, mixed-methods social science research, and the psychological and emotional maturity of leaders. Prior to his time at Walking the Talk, he worked and/or consulted with various organizations including but not limited to the Royal Society of Arts, Goldman Sachs, and the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Andres studied international business at the University of Maryland and constructive-developmental psychology at Harvard University. His master’s thesis employed both quantitative and qualitative research methods to explore the relationship between maturity and wellbeing in adulthood. He leverages these and other psychological insights to inform his organisational culture and development work at Walking the Talk.
