Deep experience in Senior Leadership Development, Career and Succession Management, Talents and Cultural Management and Transformation. International performance in Latin American countries and the United States in the implementation of different People Management projects and processes. Member of ICF - International Coach Federation and IBGC - Brazilian Institute of Corporate Governance.
She works as an executive coach, mentor and consultant in the development of executives at different stages of their career.
Vivian had an education in Executive Coaching from the Canadian school Erickson Coaching International and Coaching and Mentoring International with Rosemary Napper from the Dy Crescere Personas Institute.
She has a degree in Psychology from PUC-RS, MBA in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral – MG, Specialization in Group Dynamics from SBDG and participation in several courses/training in People Management topics.
