Talita Rosolen is a Culture Assessment Specialist at Walking the Talk. With vast research and experience in corporate culture and change management, human resources, social innovation and sustainability, Talita brings a new perspective to understanding and leveraging organizational culture.
Completed her PhD, MSc, and Bachelor studies in Management at the University of São Paulo (Brazil). During her PhD, she was a Visiting Research Scholar at the Marshall Brittingham Social Enterprise Lab in the University of Southern California (USA).
Talita is also a Professor at renowned universities in São Paulo, teaching Executive MBA and Bachelor students in Organisational Culture, Human Resources, and Social Innovation. She has published book chapters and papers on international journals.
She has experience in human resources and sustainability consulting projects and has worked with corporate social responsibility in a large multinational.
