Roberta is an accomplished professional with vast experience in organisational development, leadership development and talent management both as a corporate executive professional and as a consultant. She has, in over 20 years, built her career in various sector, such as technology, manufacturing and retail.
As a consultant she has delivered several projects involving HR processes and leadership development for a wide range of organisations such as: PMI, Dell Computers, British American Tobacco, Marcopolo, Gerdau, Sicredi, among others.
As an HR executive she worked for Vivo, Gerdau and Vonpar (Coca-Cola) and she was responsible for local and global projects involving organisational learning and talent and leadership development where she held both specialist and generalist positions. In addition, Roberta has deep knowledge in leading change management in M&A contexts.
Roberta majored in Business Administration with specialisations in People Management and Group Dynamics. She holds a Masters Degree in Management and Strategy. Now she is taking her Doctorate degree also in Business. As an enthusiastic learner, she is already planning what to do next!
She is accredited in Executive Coaching from Crescere & Persona Institute (Brazil), Change Management from the Prosci Institute (USA) and in SHL assessment tools (USA).
She has joined Walking the Talk with a desire to contribute to organisations with her broad and systemic experience in HR position/process, leadership development and academic background.
