Biography
Maria is a coach and facilitator specialised in leadership and organizational development and passionate about creating learning organizations and facilitating conscious leadership.
She has been a consultant in this field for over 10 years, serving Fortune 500 clients from various industries in Latin America, Brazil, Europe, and the United States working for various leading consulting companies like Walking the Talk, Axialent and Performance to Potential. She has also overseen Consultant Learning and Development during her period at Axialent.
Maria has an educational background in philosophy and English studies. She holds a degree magna cum laude in English studies and teaching. She has specialised in integral and transpersonal psychology and coaching and is a certified Transpersonal and Conscious Business Coach. She is currently doing a post-graduate course in Integral Philosophy.
She has extensive experience in assessment tools and is certified in Hogan Assessment Systems, Life Styles Inventory™ (LSI), Organizational Culture Inventory® (OCI®), Organizational Effectiveness Inventory (OEI), Leadership Workstyles (LWS), Leadership Impact (LI), and DiSC.
Maria lives in Buenos Aires, Argentina, with her son. She is passionate about self-development and learning, including esoteric knowledge and practices.
