With more than 30 years in the field, she is deeply committed to catalysing culture change to enhance business performance and make a positive impact for leaders, employees, customers, and communities. She has worked globally and in senior leadership roles within complex, multinational organisations including 10 years as Global Director of Internal Communications and Wellbeing for Bupa.

Her experience extends to coaching senior leaders to develop high-performing, psychologically safe teams.
