Lavinia is an experienced project manager with a background in crisis management. She has previously worked on research and innovation projects developing technologies to assist first responders in dealing with crises.
Lavinia has managed projects involving crisis professionals and technology developers from various countries in the European Union and beyond.
Lavinia lives in the Netherlands with her partner and their dog. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, crafting, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. She has a Master’s degree in Research in Public Administration and Organisational Science. She speaks English, Romanian, and a bit of Dutch.
