José is a highly seasoned executive and consultant in the areas of Human Resources, Organisation, Leadership and Culture Change, with over 45 years of successful professional career.
With over 40 years of experience in large corporations such as GE and Citibank, where he led the HR function for Latin America, José has developed in-depth expertise and practical knowledge to help organisations grow sustainably through effective culture change processes and strategies.
José is passionate about igniting and supporting transformational processes that help individuals and teams unleash and reach their highest potential and life purpose. Having led several culture change strategies at large corporations, José has strengthened his passion and developed the skill to effectively impact individuals, teams and organisations as a whole for sustainable business growth
In helping organisations strengthen their culture and effectiveness, José has developed a special skill in working with Leaders and Leadership Teams through both, individual and Team coaching as well as development programs aimed to increase levels of Trust and Impact.
José has lived in México and the US, and worked in many countries in Latin America. He is currently based in México and works with companies in several industries such as Financial Services, Retail, Aviation and Manufacturing.
José holds a BA in Economics from ITAM - Mexico, and graduated from the Advanced Human Resources programme at GE´s Corporate Development Center in New York. A central component of his personal life purpose is to help rise consciousness in the corporate world.
