João Cortez is an experienced professional with 22 years of corporate career in the commercial area of Brazilian and French companies. After this period, he started to dedicate himself to his main purpose and, for the last 17 years, he has been helping people and companies to develop their best. His work with leaders helps them improve their soft skills, keeping them connected to their technical skills while also considering the relational skills of their roles.
Founder of Iluminatta Transformation School, a company specialized in Human Development, where he stayed for 11 years. João was also a Coach Trainer at ICC – International Coaching Community for 7 years.
Responsible for training programs in NLP such as Practitioner and Master Practitioner, besides others he created, such as NLP Awakener and NLP Philosophical, in which thousands of people participated, including leaders from several companies, who had the opportunity to improve their leadership skills participating in these programs.
João has more than 1,400 hours as a life, business and executive coach, in addition to being a speaker at ICC International Coaching Congresses in Portugal, Spain, Colombia and Chile. He also served as a trainer at Coaching Training in Hudson, Texas.
João is fluent in Portuguese and has a good level of Spanish and English.
