JEROME PARISSE-BRASSENS

Biography

Jerome has been an Executive Director at Walking the Talk for the last ten years. As a member of the Leadership Team he helps set the direction of the organisation and co-leads our operations in the EMEA Region.

With 25 years of experience in business and culture strategy, Jerome collaborates with his clients to design and implement the most impactful culture journeys to achieve business imperatives.

Jerome has a deep-rooted passion for cross-cultural intelligence and leadership, making him an ideal catalyst for change in organisations. His goal is to help individuals, teams, and organisations understand their underlying motivations and modify their practices, ultimately serving their strategic objectives, whether personal or organisational.

As an experienced coach, Jerome also helps individual leaders boost their personal effectiveness and  leadership teams increase their business performance.

Jerome has lived and worked in many countries. He is currently based in Amsterdam, where Walking the Talk is headquartered. He has a broad range of industry experience, including manufacturing, financial services, mining, aviation, education and energy & utilities.

He holds Master's Degrees in both Economics and Linguistics. His love for learning and belief in constant human and organisational evolution drives his work at Walking the Talk.
