“What drives me is learning. I firmly believe that human beings and organisations are in constant evolution and that learning is the key to their progress. I therefore enjoy supporting individuals, teams and organisations discover what drives them at the deepest level, so that they are able to change the way they do things - all in service of strategy, be it personal or organisational. Our work at Walking the Talk has a clear impact on the future of work, and I am very proud to be part of this movement.”
