Gavin has twenty years' experience as a coach and advisor to leaders. He helps executives understand the leadership shadow they cast, build their executive team to deliver the business imperatives, and create the right leadership culture for the organisation.
He has worked for public, private, family and non-profit organizations in many countries and cultures, notably all over the North America, many countries in Europe, and South Asia and GCC.
He is a member of the leadership coaching faculty at MIT’s Sloan School of Management, and at MIT’s Leadership Center. He is the author or co-author of a variety of essays and books on leading and leadership, and he holds an MBA from the University of Warwick Business School.
