Danielle has over 15 years of experience working in various organisations, focused on large change management, leadership development and culture. She has a keen way of organising patterns and themes across the clients she works with to provide context and support as they navigate change.
Danielle has managed large customised executive leadership programs for several organisations, worked with Disney Institute to bring their business training offerings across Canada, and managed several large change management projects for clients, including Manulife Financial, Great West Life, IBI Group, and Bayer Health.
Danielle has a bachelor’s degree and a Graduate Certificate in Public Relations, bringing a communications lens to each project she takes on. She also studied and completed a certificate in Human Systems Dynamics, focusing on complexity theory and how it relates to organisational systems. Danielle is comfortable living in complexity and gets curious about how to drive culture change to achieve business strategy.
In addition to her passion for organisational culture, Danielle is a certified Sommelier and has studied wine for the last 6 years, she runs a small wine-tasting and education business. She loves to travel anywhere wine is made!
