Catherine brings to the table a long-standing experience culture transformation and leadership development, implementing successful programs across various geographical regions.

Her 25 year professional journey is characterised by a rich array of global change delivery and leadership development initiatives.

Catherine's primary expertise lies in fostering changes within organisational cultures. This skill was notably honed during her role as the Head of Culture and Change for Deloitte IT, North and South Europe. Prior to this, as Head of Digital Empowerment at Deloitte UK, she designed and implemented a culture change program that significantly increased engagement scores within a year.

Catherine is a very experienced leadership coach, developing programs for leaders at all levels.

Catherine's professional experience stretches across continents, including Asia, Australia, and Europe. Her work spans across diverse industries such as Legal, Professional Services, and Technology, equipping her with an understanding of the unique challenges of each sector. Her international exposure includes Australia, Japan, Singapore, China, 2 years in Belgium and many European locations.

Catherine's qualifications include PROSCI change management. In addition to her professional roles, Catherine is fervent about encouraging more girls to pursue STEM careers, an effort that has earned her recognition such as the 'Mentor of the Year' award at the UK Social Mobility Awards in 2018. Her personal motto, 'energising people to embrace change', and her belief in the power of energy, empathy, and effectiveness, shapes her approach to her work.
