Natalia is the Quantitative Assessment Manager for Walking the Talk. She works across all of our assessment tools and is responsible for processing and reporting the survey data and for the continuous improvement of our Quantitative Culture Survey.
With a Bachelor’s in Psychology and a Master’s in Social Psychology, Natalia has worked in the semi-public and public sectors, for NGOS and in both not-for-profit and for profit organisations. Her professional interests combine psychology, consulting, research and analysis. In terms of research and analysis, Natalia has conducted psychological, social and market research and has worked with experimental, survey and business data. She’s excited to be using this focus to assist organisations in their quest for a sustainable corporate culture.
Having grown up in Greece in a multicultural environment, Natalia values and seeks diversity. With a French mother, a Greek father and a number of childhood friends of different nationalities, it shouldn’t come as a surprise that she chose to build her life in The Netherlands.
