She has deep experience working in executive assessments. Having been accredited in Hogan assessment and other personality tools, she has delivered feedback to all levels from C suite to mid-level managers.
She has a degree in Psychology and a Post graduate diploma in Occupational Psychology.
Harinder is passionate about supporting companies in achieving the culture they want to design and seeing how they can flourish with the right tools.
Having spent nearly a decade working in Australia and New Zealand, Harinder is fond of travelling and learning new cultures.
