With more than 18 years of global consulting experience focused on culture & people, Ursula´s passion is to co-create solutions with her clients to embed lasting transformational change in people and organizations.
Ursula´s work is motivated by creating holistic impact for her clients and helping them embed the culture they need to achieve their strategic goals. She has been leading more than 20 global culture change programs.
She works side-by-side with her clients to help them uncover their underlying current culture traits, define a future culture footprint and how to get there.
Ursula supports leadership teams to boost their effectiveness and dynamics as a team helping them achieve their strategic objectives. She also coaches individuals throughout their personal transformation journey.
Ursula has lived and worked in many countries across South and North America, Europe and the Middle East. She is currently based in Rio de Janeiro. Her clients cover multiple industries, including consumer goods, telecommunications, manufacturing, chemical industry, banking, healthcare, education, and energy.
She has a PhD in Physics and studied physics in Germany and France. Ursula is an accredited facilitator of transformational change and trained as an executive coach. She is fluent in English, Portuguese, German and French.
