Biography
David is a Senior Consultant at Walking the Talk, supporting North America.
David brings to his work 30 years’ experience advising leaders of global organisations on how to reduce people-based risks while improving productivity and corporate reputation.
David is a pioneer in values-based culture assessment and training, utilizing creative elements such as Scott Adams’ DILBERT characters in developing groundbreaking training, such as “The Ethics Challenge” produced for Lockheed-Martin.
David has Leadership Professional in Ethics & Compliance certification from the Ethics & Compliance Initiative and is a certified Executive Coach.
A Californian by birth, David lived in Israel for a number of years, where he served as Director of Business Affairs for CBS Records International and as a staff lawyer for El Al Israel Airlines.
Most recently David worked in the Aerospace and Defense Industry while serving as the Senior Manager for Ethics Engagement and Integrated Education for Lockheed Martin.
David earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of California and a life degree in human behavior by raising four children.
