Over the course of his 20-year-long career, McRae has proven his expertise in guiding management and senior leaders through significant organizational transformations.

McRae applies his toolbox of innovation mindsets and methodologies to drive cultural change. His approach involves developing corporate habits that foster a more agile and adaptive environment, deepening enterprise-wide levels of customer understanding, and building innovational 'muscle' across all organizational levels.

As an accredited executive organizational coach, McRae has trained and coached leaders and executives worldwide. He has led executive teams and global leadership development and transformation initiatives, demonstrating his prowess in managing high-level organizational changes.

McRae has honed his expertise across a range of sectors, including insurance, banking, technology, and consumer packaged goods, and in multiple countries, including USA, Canada, Argentina, UK, France, Germany, Spain and Hong Kong.

He has a Bachelor's in Business from Ancell School of Business.  Accredited in a wide range of diagnostic tools and assessments instruments.
