Biography

Kaylyn is a Coach, Enneagram Practitioner, Real Estate Investor, and Business Owner who is passionate about leadership and team development. As a new addition to the team of associates with Walking the Talk, she leverages her skills as a facilitator and coach.

For a large portion of her more than 15 years of professional experience, Kaylyn was a member of the Managerial Design team, a unique service line in Deloitte’s Human Capital practice that focuses on accelerating effective execution by driving alignment and accountability through organiztions, one team at a time. Through the facilitation of dozens of Team Effectiveness Labs, she quickly learned the important role that culture plays in the achievement (or non-achievement) of an organization’s strategic objectives.

As an Integral Professional coach and Enneagram-certified trainer, Kaylyn understands what makes people tick and is skilled at both recognizing their unique path for personal and professional development and illuminating any blind spots that may be limiting their achievements.

As former engineer turned entrepreneur, she has accumulated diverse industry experience. Starting off in Chemical Engineering within Oil and Gas, she later pivoted to Aerospace during her MBA. Eventually, she found her niche in the Human Capital Practice at Deloitte, focusing on financial services clients. Through her venture, 9points Coaching & Consulting, she serves clients spanning various industries, including finance and engineering.

Now residing in the US, originally from Canada, she has worked with teams across North America and beyond, from Trinidad to Suriname.

She holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Engineering from McGill University. Additionally, she earned several Enneagram certifications and is an Integral Professional Coach.
