Vanessa is passionate about unleashing the potential within individuals, teams and organisations, as a force for good. She has 20+ years experience in leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organisational development and culture change.
She is a culture change program architect, specialising in designing and delivering organisation wide culture change and leadership development programs. An ex-Global Head Culture Change and Leadership Development for a global bank, managing global, virtual and matrixed teams. She has led culture and conduct remediation work in the banking sector following high profile organisational crises and prosecution. She has worked across a variety of sectors to promote change with clients in healthcare, technology, FMCGs and other sectors.
She has a track record of successfully supporting organisations develop organisation wide people change programs to respond to organisational crises and develop a culture of robust risk management and ethical conduct.
Vanessa’s approach is informed by her practical business and organisational development experience. Vanessa trained as a commercial banker focused on developing strategic dialogue and associated financial planning for corporate clients. She also worked as a risk and compliance executive, both of which she leverages in her work. She is an International Coaching Federation accredited executive coach.
Vanessa is based in Brazil, and is fluent in English, Portuguese and French.
