Tommy has experience in managing teams of industrial/organizational psychologists and talent management consultants in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong, in addition to delivering a variety of consulting, coaching and assessment projects in the Greater China region.
He has over 20 years of professional experience in talent assessment and leadership development in the US, Greater China and the Asia-Pacific region. Tommy has provided senior leadership and organizational consultation, executive coaching, assessment and development centers, business leadership training and psychometric assessment in the selection and development of C-suites, regional leaders, executive teams, succession candidates and high potentials for multinational corporations (MNCs) and major Chinese State-owned and Privately-owned Enterprises (SOEs and POEs).
Alongside this work, Tommy assumed senior positions at leading global talent assessment and development firms in the US and Hong Kong. He also served as an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Toccoa Falls College, a university near Atlanta and as a lecturer in Advanced-level undergraduate psychology courses at Michigan State University in the early 1990’s.
