He’s held multiple leadership roles in globally matrixed environments within Financial Services and FinTech including: learning, talent-management, leadership and development, internal communications, performance-management and cultural transformation. Having also worked as a Consultant (independently and for niche behavioural change consultancies), Sanjay understands the importance of delivering pragmatic and impactful solutions that help leadership teams achieve their strategic objectives. He has extensive experience of partnering with leadership teams globally including: North America, UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific, Brazil and India.
Sanjay’s key strengths lie in designing and developing solutions that shift mindsets and build capabilities at all levels of the organisation. He has strong skills in facilitation and has a flexible style that supports and challenges leaders and their teams to gain the necessary alignment and clarity required to achieve their objectives. Sanjay has a First Class Hons. in Psychology and a Masters Degree in Occupational Psychology (Distinction). He is accredited by the British Psychological Society in a range of Occupational Ability and Personality (Level A & B) tests.
