Robert Goodsell Biography.




Robert combines the roles of business strategist, leadership coach, developer of leadership teams, communicator and marketer. He helps individuals and groups firstly understand and then effectively influence the system in which they work.  Assisting leaders to plan and implement individual and organisational change has been a theme of assignments both as a consultant and in-house, in a career spanning more than 35 years.

In addition to his work facilitating and supporting culture change with Walking the Talk, Robert is the director of a community interest company he founded to bring practical entrepreneurship to U.K. University Business Schools.  He also continues to support a brand consultancy he helped create in 2003.

Originally qualified as an engineer and economist Robert is also registered with the UKCP as a psychotherapist.
