Richard has a background of co-designing, co-delivering and enabling others to transform and sustain cultural change across large, regulated organisations, resulting from structural re-design, mergers or the aspiration to differentiate.
Richard has over 14 years experience in organisational, leadership and people development-focused roles. During this time, Richard has developed expertise across a range of transformational interventions, and most recently co-designed and implemented a cultural blueprint and associated engagement, development and sustainability solution across a 5000 people, £250m+ turnover, 150 locations organisation in the UK. He is energised by aligning organisational strategy with the work he does to accelerate the delivery of key performance objectives for customers, stakeholders, and staff.
Richard is a dedicated, creative and intuitive member of our team; he is a qualified NLP Practitioner, Executive Coach and 360 facilitator, and uses a strengths-based approach in his delivery.
