Rhiannon is a highly experienced senior leader with over 15 years experience in Financial Services spanning a range of commercial, operational and strategic disciplines. Her interest in cultural change was sparked whilst leading customer strategy for a Global Bank, in particular implementing a Conduct Risk framework their UK operations. She subsequently spear- headed a People and Culture Programme across the organisation to embed customer-centric behaviour.
Over the last 4 years she has developed a specialism in Culture Assessment and Transformation, working as a consultant both independently and with well-established consultancies in the Financial Services sector.
She has worked with and coached Boards and other Leadership teams to better understand and proactively manage their organisational culture, including assessing the effectiveness of their values in driving behaviour and supporting clients to create or redesign their cultural infrastructure from purpose, vision and values to performance management approach. Rhiannon holds a MA (Cantab) in Geography from Cambridge University and is developing her knowledge of Behavioural Science with the Warwick Business School.
